Orders are normally processed within 1–3 days before dispatch. For items fulfilled from China or Hong Kong, average transit is 5–15 business days after dispatch. The method-specific estimate displayed for your selected shipping method applies to your order.
Use our Order Tracking page for the latest carrier update. If the displayed delivery estimate has passed, contact us through the Help Center with your order and tracking numbers so we can investigate.
If the carrier confirms that a parcel is lost, PMC TechLife will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our policies.
