What if my order hasn't arrived after 15 working days?

If 15 business days have passed since your order was dispatched and it still hasn't arrived, please contact us straight away — do not wait any longer.

First, check your tracking status:
Open the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. Look for the current status:

- Still showing in transit with recent scans: May still be delayed at customs or a local depot. Contact us and we will follow up with the courier.
- No movement for 5+ business days: Likely stuck or lost. Contact us immediately.
- Marked as "Lost" or "Stolen": Contact us immediately — we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Marked as "Delivered" but not received: Contact us immediately with your order number and we will investigate.

What we will do:
Once you contact us, we will open a formal investigation with the courier. Most investigations are resolved within 3–5 business days. If your parcel cannot be located, we will arrange either:

- A replacement sent at no additional cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method

You will not be left out of pocket for a parcel lost in transit.
