First, check whether your item shipped from our local warehouse or from overseas.
- Local orders: Usually arrive within 2–6 business days.
- Overseas orders: Usually arrive within 6–13 business days.
If your parcel is still in transit after these periods, it may be delayed in customs or at a sorting facility.
If tracking shows “lost” or “stolen” or there has been no update for more than five business days, please contact us. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
