Orders are normally processed within 1–3 days before dispatch. For items fulfilled from China or Hong Kong, average transit is 5–15 business days after dispatch. The method-specific estimate displayed for your selected shipping method applies to your order.
If the displayed delivery estimate has passed, contact us through the Help Center with your order and tracking numbers. We will review the shipment with the carrier.
