I have waited the estimated time. Where is my order?

We're sorry your order hasn't arrived yet. Here's how to work through it step by step.

Step 1 — Check your estimated delivery window:
Confirm which warehouse your item shipped from and whether the full window has passed:

- Local Warehouse (South Africa): 2–6 business days
- International Warehouse (Standard): 6–13 business days
- International Warehouse (Direct): 6–13 business days

Note: Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Step 2 — Check your tracking link:
Open the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or SMS. Look for the latest status update.

- In transit or out for delivery: Your parcel is on its way. Allow 1–3 additional business days before contacting us.
- Stuck at customs: This is common for overseas shipments. Customs processing can add 2–5 business days. No action is needed from you unless the courier contacts you directly.
- Delivery attempted / no one home: The courier may have tried to deliver while you were unavailable. Check for a delivery card or SMS from the courier and arrange redelivery.
- Marked as "lost" or no update for more than 5 business days: Contact us immediately — we will investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund if lost.

Step 3 — Contact us if unresolved:
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days or your parcel is confirmed lost, reach out with your order number and tracking number:
