Once your order has been packed and handed to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number via:
- Email: Sent to the address used at checkout.
- SMS: Sent to the phone number provided at checkout.
- WhatsApp: Sent to the same number if you are reachable on WhatsApp.
Your confirmation will include a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
When to expect dispatch:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (SAST) on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
If you haven't received a shipping notification:
- Check your spam or junk folder for the confirmation email.
- Make sure the email address and phone number on your order are correct.
- If your order was placed more than 2 business days ago and you still have no tracking details, contact us at sales@pmctechlife.co.za or via WhatsApp on +27 61 535 4910 with your order number and we'll investigate.
