No, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. All our deliveries are made via door-to-door courier and require a physical street address where someone can receive the parcel.
Any of the following work as a delivery address:
- Your home address
- Your workplace or office address
- A business address where someone is available to receive deliveries during business hours
- A security complex or estate (include the complex name and unit number)
If you are not available to receive the parcel at your home, we recommend using your workplace address to ensure someone is there to sign for it.
Our couriers (The Courier Guy, Buffalo Logistics, Aramex, and DHL) will contact you via SMS or phone before delivery where possible.
