We currently offer standard delivery only — we don't provide a paid express upgrade option at checkout.
Here is what our standard delivery looks like in practice:
- Local Warehouse (South Africa): Delivered in 2–6 business days via The Courier Guy. This is the fastest option and applies to our most popular, high-demand products.
- International Warehouse (Direct or Standard): Delivered in 6–13 business days via Buffalo Logistics, Aramex, or DHL.
The warehouse your item ships from is shown on the product page before you add it to cart. If delivery speed is a priority, look for products marked as shipping from our local South African warehouse.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (SAST) on a business day begin processing the same day, which helps get your order moving as quickly as possible.
