Our local warehouse delivers in 2–6 business days via The Courier Guy. For overseas items, delivery takes 6–13 business days. We don't currently offer express upgrades, but here's how to get your order as fast as possible. -

Can I collect or pick it up from your address?
PMC TechLife is an online-only store. We don't offer collection or walk-in purchases at our uMhlanga address. All orders are delivered to your door. -

Yes, PMC TechLife offers custom branding on selected products. Minimum order quantity is 30,000 units. Contact us to discuss your requirements. -

How do I cancel my order that has been shipped?
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You will need to accept delivery and return the item within 7 days through our returns portal. -
Delivery time depends on which warehouse your item ships from. Local warehouse orders arrive in 2–6 business days. Overseas warehouse orders take 6–13 business days. The warehouse origin is shown on each product page.

Will I be charged customs vat and duties?
