I placed an order online and paid but I didn’t receive an order confirmation?

If you completed checkout and paid but haven't received a confirmation email, here are the most common reasons and what to do:

1. Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
   Confirmation emails occasionally get filtered. Search for an email from sales@pmctechlife.co.za or "PMC TechLife."

2. Check for a typo in your email address
   A common reason for missing confirmations is a misspelled email address entered at checkout (for example, "gmal.com" instead of "gmail.com"). If you think this may have happened, contact us immediately with your full name, the approximate order date, and the amount charged — we can locate your order and correct the email address.

3. Check the email address you used at checkout
   If you have multiple email addresses, the confirmation may have gone to a different one. Log into your account at pmctechlife.co.za to verify which email is on file.

4. Your payment may not have completed
   If your payment was declined or timed out, the order may not have been placed. Check your bank statement or card app to see if a charge went through. If no charge appears, your order was not placed and you are free to try again.

5. There may have been a short delay
   During high-volume periods, confirmation emails can take up to 15 minutes to arrive.
