- Shipping is included on all orders to South Africa — no shipping fee is added at checkout.
- We offer door-to-door courier delivery only. We do not offer in-person collection or PAXI drop-off points.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (SAST) on a business day begin processing the same day.
We ship from three warehouse locations:
- Local Warehouse (South Africa) — via The Courier Guy: 2–6 business days
- International Warehouse (Standard) — via Buffalo Logistics: 6–13 business days
- International Warehouse (Direct) — via Aramex / DHL: 6–13 business days
The warehouse your item ships from is shown on the product page before you add to cart.
Import duties:
- Local warehouse orders: No import duties apply.
- International Warehouse (Standard) orders under R2,000: Duties covered by us (DDP) — no extra charges on delivery.
- International Warehouse (Standard) orders over R2,000: Import duties are the customer's responsibility. We notify you before dispatch.
- International Warehouse (Direct) orders: Import duties are the customer's responsibility on all orders, disclosed on the product page.
