How do I cancel my order that has been shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Here is what to do instead:

1. Accept the delivery when it arrives — do not refuse the parcel, as this can complicate the return process and may result in additional costs.
2. Once delivered, you have 7 days to request a change-of-mind return, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
3. Visit our returns portal at pmctechlife.returnscenter.com to submit your return request. Do not send the item back without prior authorisation — unapproved returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse.
4. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions including the correct return address.
5. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (Paystack) or 3–5 business days (Peach Payments) after the returned item has been inspected.
