Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Please accept delivery. You may request an eligible change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the shipping cost to the item's original dispatch warehouse, which may be outside South Africa. Do not send the item until we provide the correct return instructions.
For a return, approval follows receipt and assessment of the returned item. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within two business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.
