What is your return policy?

We offer two types of returns:

Defective or Faulty Items — 6-Month Warranty:
- Covered for 6 months from the date of delivery under the Consumer Protection Act.
- You choose: refund, repair, or replacement.
- We cover return shipping costs for confirmed defective items.

Change-of-Mind Returns — 7-Day Window:
- Return within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- No restocking fees on approved returns.

Items that cannot be returned for change-of-mind:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised items
- In-ear devices and personal sound amplifiers (hygiene exclusion — once opened)
- Items marked non-returnable at the point of sale

Note: The above exclusions apply to change-of-mind returns only. Your right to return a defective item within the 6-month warranty period is not affected.

Refund timeline:
- Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Paystack refunds: 5–7 business days.
- Peach Payments refunds: 3–5 business days.

How to start a return:
Visit pmctechlife.returnscenter.com and follow the steps. Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unapproved returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse.
