You may request an eligible change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery. If an item develops a defect within 6 months of delivery, you may submit a defect claim.
Who pays for the return?
- Change of mind: You pay the return shipping to the item's original dispatch warehouse. This warehouse may be outside South Africa.
- Confirmed defect or fulfilment error: PMC TechLife pays the approved return cost through our South African returns process.
Start your request through our Returns Centre and wait for return instructions before sending anything. For a return, approval follows receipt and assessment of the returned item. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within two business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, complete the approved return and place a new order.
