What is your return policy?

We offer:
Defective or faulty items
• Covered by a 6-month warranty
• We pay the return shipping
• You can choose a refund, repair, or replacement

Change of mind returns
• Return within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Customer pays return shipping

No restocking fees.

Items that cannot be returned: gift cards, custom/personalised items, and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. some healthcare products).
