The product is not what I expected (change of mind):
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the item.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (Paystack) or 3–5 business days (Peach Payments).
The product is faulty, damaged, or not working correctly:
- You are covered by our 6-month warranty from the date of delivery under the Consumer Protection Act.
- You choose the remedy: refund, repair, or replacement.
- We cover return shipping costs for confirmed defective items.
In both cases, you must start the process through our returns portal before sending anything back:

Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unapproved returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse.
