Change-of-mind return
- You may request an eligible change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original resalable condition, and include its original packaging, accessories and documentation.
- You arrange and pay return shipping to the original dispatch warehouse. Internationally fulfilled items may require international return shipping.
- No handling or restocking fee applies to an approved return. ## Defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete item Contact us promptly. PMC TechLife covers return shipping for confirmed defects and fulfilment errors. Depending on the claim, an approved remedy may be a refund, repair or replacement. ## Start the return All returns require prior authorisation. Start at pmctechlife.returnscenter.com and wait for return instructions before sending anything. For a return, approval follows receipt and assessment of the returned item.
