We're sorry about that. Fulfilment errors are rare but when they happen, we take full responsibility and will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include the following:
- Your order number (starts with #)
- A short description of the problem (wrong item, damaged on arrival, missing item, etc.)
- Clear photos of: the item(s) received, the packaging (including any damage), and the shipping label
What to photograph:
- Wrong item: Photo of the item received alongside the packing slip or order confirmation showing what was ordered.
- Damaged product: Photos of the damage to the item and the outer packaging.
- Missing items: Photo of everything received and the packing slip.
Once we've reviewed your case, we will arrange one of the following at no cost to you:
- Replacement: A correct or undamaged item sent out as quickly as possible.
- Refund: Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (Paystack) or 3–5 business days (Peach Payments).
We cover all return shipping costs for incorrect, damaged, or incomplete orders.
