If PMC TechLife sent the wrong item, report it as a fulfilment error through our Returns Centre. Once confirmed, PMC TechLife pays the approved return cost through our South African returns process.
You may request an eligible change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery. You pay the return shipping to the original dispatch warehouse, which may be outside South Africa. Place a separate order for the product you want.
For a return, approval follows receipt and assessment of the returned item. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within two business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.
