We don't offer direct exchanges. Instead, the process depends on why you need a different item:
If we sent you the wrong item (our error):
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item received.
2. We will arrange collection at our cost and send the correct item as quickly as possible — or issue a full refund if you prefer.

If you ordered the wrong item (change of mind):
1. Return the item within 7 days of delivery via our returns portal at pmctechlife.returnscenter.com.
2. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
5. Place a new order for the correct item separately.
Refund timeline after return:
- Paystack: 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Peach Payments: 3–5 business days after inspection.
Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unapproved returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse.
