In certain rare circumstances, we may process a refund without requiring you to return the item. This is sometimes referred to as a "keep the item" refund.
This is not a standard option and is offered entirely at our discretion. It may apply in situations where:
- The item is low in value and the cost of return shipping outweighs the benefit of recovering the product.
- The item arrived in a condition that makes it impractical or unsafe to return (for example, significantly damaged in transit).
- Returning the item would cause undue difficulty given the customer's circumstances.
This option is not available on request and cannot be guaranteed. Each case is assessed individually.
