A pause in tracking does not necessarily mean that the parcel has stopped moving. Updates may pause while a shipment travels between facilities, waits for its next carrier scan or moves through customs processing.
Check the dispatch date and the transit estimate displayed for your shipping method. For items fulfilled from China or Hong Kong, average transit is 5–15 business days after dispatch. The method-specific estimate displayed for your selected shipping method applies to your order.
If that displayed estimate has passed without a new update, contact us through the Help Center with your order and tracking numbers.
