It's common for tracking to show no movement for a period of time — this doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong.
Why tracking may pause:
- Your parcel is in transit between sorting facilities and hasn't been scanned yet.
- Your parcel is clearing customs (common for overseas shipments from China or Hong Kong — this can take 2–5 business days with no tracking updates).
- There is a delay at the courier's local depot before out-for-delivery scanning.
How long is normal with no update?
- Local Warehouse (South Africa) via The Courier Guy: Contact us if there is no update for more than 3 business days after dispatch.
- International Warehouse (Standard) via Buffalo Logistics: Contact us if there is no update for more than 7 business days after dispatch.
- International Warehouse (Direct) via Aramex / DHL: Contact us if there is no update for more than 7 business days after dispatch.
If the no-movement period exceeds the above thresholds, contact us with your order number and tracking number and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf:
