"Unfulfilled" is the order status shown when we have received and confirmed your order, but it has not yet been packed and handed to a courier for delivery.
This is completely normal. It does not mean anything is wrong with your order.
What happens next:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (SAST) on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, the status will update to "fulfilled" and you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Can I cancel while my order is unfulfilled?
Yes — if your order is still showing as "unfulfilled" and has not yet been dispatched, you may be able to cancel it for a full refund. Contact us as quickly as possible:

Once an order has been dispatched (status changes to "fulfilled"), it can no longer be cancelled and our standard returns process applies.
