What do I put for payment reference?

When paying via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), you will be asked to enter a payment reference so we can match your payment to your order.

Use your order number as the payment reference.

Your order number:
- Is included in your order confirmation email
- Starts with a # symbol (for example, #1234)
- Can also be found by logging into your account at pmctechlife.co.za and viewing your order history

Using the correct reference is important — if your payment reference is missing or incorrect, your order may be delayed while we manually match the payment.

If you have already made an EFT payment and used the wrong reference, contact us as soon as possible:

Please include your full name, the amount paid, and the date of payment so we can locate your transaction quickly.
