• Can I order on whatsapp?

  No, orders cannot be placed via WhatsApp. All orders must be placed through our website at pmctechlife.co.za. WhatsApp is available for support queries only.

• How do you deliver?

  We deliver door-to-door via courier across South Africa. We use The Courier Guy, Buffalo Logistics, Aramex, and DHL depending on which warehouse your item ships from.

• What do I put for payment reference?

  When paying via EFT, use your order number as the payment reference. Your order number is in your order confirmation email and starts with a # symbol.
