We deliver door-to-door via courier to any physical address in South Africa. We do not offer PAXI, Pudo, or any other collection point service — all deliveries are made directly to your door.
We use the following couriers depending on which warehouse your item ships from:
- Local Warehouse (South Africa): The Courier Guy — 2–6 business days
- International Warehouse (Standard): Buffalo Logistics — 6–13 business days
- International Warehouse (Direct): Aramex or DHL — 6–13 business days
The warehouse your item ships from is shown on the product page before you add to cart.
Shipping is included on all orders — no delivery fee is added at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking updates via SMS, email, and WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
