    To sign out, go to your account dashboard and click the Log Out button. Here's how to find it on desktop and mobile.
  • How to add/edit/delete addresses?

    You can manage your saved addresses from your account dashboard. Add multiple addresses, edit existing ones, or delete addresses you no longer need — all from your Address Book.
  • I'm an existing customer, do I need to register?

    You don't need an account to shop with us — guest checkout is always available. But registering gives you order tracking, saved addresses, and faster checkout.
  • Why do you need my profile information?

    We collect your name, email, phone number, and delivery address to process your orders and provide support. Your data is protected under POPIA and never sold to third parties.
  • Why should I create an account?

    Creating an account gives you quick access to your orders, saved addresses, faster checkout, and the ability to leave product reviews. Guest checkout is always available if you prefer.
  • Will my information be secure?

    Yes. PMC TechLife uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment details. We are POPIA compliant and do not store your card information on our systems.
